Frank's Story
Frank Gentile was born into a Real Estate family. A Real Estate family business since 1972. Frank is a marketing major and graduated in 1994. Frank Gentile began his Real estate journey in 1997. He started in Residential Real Estate and became one of the top Realtor’s in his office. Frank moved into New Home Sales and Marketing and worked with top builders in the industry. Frank also moved into the commercial sector of Real Estate with a focus on Land and development sales and large portfolio investment sales.
In the year 2000, Frank became a Broker at Re/Max. He spent 5 years at Re/Max where he learned the Franchise model.
After spending several years at Re/Max, Frank uncovered the landlord mentality at the firm, with an emphasis on desk fees. He realized that the balloon was being used as a sales crutch. A sales crutch that inhibited a realtor from building his brand! There had to be another way!
In 2006, Frank opened Citysites Realty, as Broker of Record. With an emphasis on coaching agents on Marketing and putting more money into themselves and self promotion. Citysites Realty was highly focused on the management, administration, and marketing for agents. This ideology allowed Frank Gentile to grow to approx. 100 agents. He was a Broker of Record for 17 years.
In September 2025, Frank Gentile merged his company with ROYAL LEPAGE (RLP) YOUR COMMUNITY REALTY to deliver his agents even more service at a reasonable cost. RLP YOUR COMMUNITY REALTY and Frank Gentile aligned in philosophy of agent welfare, costs, service and Agent branding. With the National brand supporting him and his experience, attention to detail for agents, Frank Gentile as a Managing Partner for RLP Your Community Realty-Woodbridge, will help agents reach their full potential.
While immersing himself in Real Estate, Frank has always had a passion for Real Estate development and building. Early in his career he purchased his first parcel of land leading him into his journey of land development process and divided the land into 2 building lots. The journey in development has taken him from 2 building lots, into land development and speculation, building, and condo development. He currently is developing and building a low rise rental apartment building.
For 28 years, Frank Gentile, has helped Realtors grow and reach their potential by supporting them with management and coaching. Now he enters a new phase of his Real Estate careers by launching his latest project: A Realtor helping Realtor’s Incentive program (Realtor Wealth Program). Frank Gentile is helping agents earn money outside of their commission. “There is more for agents than just commission”. Realtor’s investing in major projects and generating money for their retirement.
