Frank's Story
Frank earned his degree in Marketing in 1994 and began his Real Sstate career in 1996. Real Estate has been part of his family for more than 53 years. Today, Frank proudly continues that tradition of excellence.
He launched his career in residential real estate, quickly becoming one of the top Realtors in his office. From there, he expanded into new home sales and marketing, working alongside some of the industry’s leading builders. Frank later transitioned into the Commercial sector, specializing in Land and Development sales, large portfolio investments, and Commercial/Industrial leasing.
In 2000, Frank earned his Broker designation and joined RE/MAX, where he spent five years gaining valuable insight into the franchise model and brokerage operations.


In 2006, Frank founded Citysites Realty, serving as Broker of Record. The brokerage was built on a foundation of agent coaching, with a strong emphasis on marketing, personal branding, and investing in self-promotion. Citysites Realty focused heavily on providing hands-on management, administrative support, and strategic marketing guidance for its agents. This agent-first philosophy allowed Frank to grow the brokerage to approximately 100 agents. He served as Broker of Record for 17 years.
In September 2025, Frank merged Citysites Realty with RE/MAX Your Community Realty (YCR) to provide his agents with enhanced services and a strong global brand. Frank and YCR aligned closely in their philosophy regarding agent support, operational efficiency, cost structure, and the importance of individual agent branding.
Now backed by the global strength of the RE/MAX brand, and serving as Managing Partner of RE/MAX Your Community Realty – Woodbridge, Frank continues to focus on delivering high-level support and strategic guidance to help agents reach their full potential.
In 2026, Frank also assumed the role of Corporate Commercial Manager for YCR, where he is leading the development and structuring of a new, dynamic Commercial Division.
While building his Real Estate career, Frank has always maintained a deep passion for development and construction. Early on, he purchased his first parcel of land and successfully severed it into two lots — a project that sparked his long-term journey into land development. What began with two building lots evolved into larger-scale land development and speculation, ground-up construction, and condominium development. He is currently developing and building a low-rise rental apartment building's.
For nearly 30 years, Frank Gentile has helped Realtors grow their businesses and reach their full potential through hands-on management, leadership, and coaching. Now, he is entering a new phase of his real estate career with the launch of his latest initiative: a Realtor-to-Realtor Incentive Program (The Realtor Wealth Program).
Through this program, Frank is helping agents create income beyond traditional commissions. As he often says, “There is more to this business than just commission.” His vision is to empower Realtors to invest in major development projects and build long-term wealth for their retirement.
